JobsNate is strictly a connection venue. We are not an employer, employment agency, or labor broker. Our sole purpose is to provide a digital ecosystem that connects employers with potential workers.
JobsNate holds absolutely no responsibility or liability for any interactions, agreements, or events that occur outside the platform. If a worker or employer is mistreated, unpaid, or experiences a breach of contract, JobsNate cannot be held legally or financially liable. Any grievances, abuses, or criminal acts must be reported directly to the relevant local law enforcement agencies.
2. Verification & User Vigilance
JobsNate mandates the submission of government-issued IDs or official business registration documents to filter out bad actors and ensure a baseline of safety. However, our verification systems are not 100% foolproof.
We do not guarantee the background, character, or professional capability of any user. We strongly advise both employers and workers to exercise extreme vigilance, conduct their own interviews, and practice standard safety protocols when meeting or working together.
3. Reviews, Ratings & Reporting
To foster a transparent global community, users are highly encouraged to leave honest reviews and ratings regarding their experiences with specific organizations or workers.
If you are mistreated, you have the right to post a review detailing your experience to warn others. However, reviews must be based on factual experiences. JobsNate reserves the right to remove reviews that contain hate speech, dox personal private information, or are proven to be malicious defamation.
4. General Terms of Use
- Account Termination: Submitting fake IDs, forged academic certificates, or creating multiple accounts with the same identity will result in immediate, permanent platform bans.
- Payments & Subscriptions: Activation and messaging fees are processed securely. Subscriptions (daily, weekly, monthly) are non-refundable once active, as the digital service is rendered immediately.
- Intellectual Property: "JobsNate" and the platform's code and design are the exclusive property of Neodynix Technologies. Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering our platform is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the applicable international and local laws of our primary jurisdiction. Any platform-related disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts, unless local consumer protection laws mandate otherwise.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & "As Is" Clause
JobsNate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Neodynix Technologies makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of user information, or the guaranteed availability of the service. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of malicious code from third parties.
Third-Party Integrations: JobsNate utilizes third-party payment gateways and database infrastructures to process subscriptions and manage accounts. We are not liable for any delays, failures, or breaches originating from these third-party services.
6. Indemnification
By using JobsNate, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neodynix Technologies, its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of and access to the JobsNate platform.
- Your violation of any term of this Legal Policy.
- Your interactions, contracts, or disputes with any other user (employer or worker) found through the platform.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.
7. Severability & Modifications
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Modifications: Neodynix Technologies reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior direct notice. By using this platform, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
